Downtown Portland Condos, Lofts, and Historic Homes

People from all walks of life are migrating to the urban lofts, condos, and historic homes in Downtown Portland.

Downtown Portland neighborhoods include the central business core, the Waterfront District, Pearl District, and and the Northwest District. The Pearl District is the trendiest, most talked about place to live and play. The condos and lofts are both new construction and converted warehouses. The area has retained its historic charm and lively energy. The South Waterfront district is located in the south part of downtown on the west bank of the Williamette River. This is an area of new construction and the contemporary condos in this district are known for their spectacular views. The Northwest District is known for its historic homes and quaint streets. It has charm and character and people of all socio-economic backgrounds call this neighborhood “home”.

937 Condos in the Pearl District of Downtown Portland, OR

937 Condos in the Pearl District of Downtown Portland937 Condos are located in the Pearl District of Downtown Portland, Oregon. They are special is so many ways.

First, the exterior design is non-linear, with random-width windows and rhythmic balconies placement.

And second, it is “green”.  30% of the materials are from re-cycled sources and they recycled 85% of the construction waste. It has a roof garden that helps reduce stormwaterrunoff and mitigates heat. (Fits right in with my hybrid Honda Civic.)
